LANCE EVANS, AICP, SENIOR PLANNER - LONG RANGE
Lance began his career as a planner in Montana in 1994. He has worked in zoning, design review, and comprehensive planning for municipalities in Montana, Colorado, and Idaho. Lance also has experience in the private sector with commercial and residential land development. In 2002 Lance became the Neighborhood Planner for Boise, Idaho working on neighborhood design and comprehensive planning. Most recently Lance was a project manager for a commercial real estate company developing retail sites in northern California, Idaho, Montana, and Utah.
Lance has a Bachelor’s degree in Planning and Resource Management from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the American Planning Association and received his professional certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners in 2003.
